Casal governador do Lions – Distrito LD-2 – Eloy e Célia Mentz, sofreram acidente na madrugada desta quarta-feira – na RS-287, em Venâncio Aires – , após participarem de reunião em Clube da Região. Infelizmente o acidente causou a morte do CL Eloy, enquanto Célia sofreu ferimentos leves.
Recentemente o casal esteve em Esteio onde participou de reunião com os três Clubes do município.
